New Workshop

We at Speechless are delighted to announce a brand new workshop for actors and performers. The last one was a great deal of fun. We hope you’ll be able to join us to explore how we work, and have some fun in the process.

Last time, we scratched the surface on our approach to work. We looked at how we use games, naivety and dancing to help us develop our shows. With this four hour workshop we’ll be going into greater depth. We’ll look at how our approach can be applied to acting in a broader (ie, wordier) sense. We’ll also have a go at setting up our own Speechless worlds.

Previous participants said

“I went out wanting more.”

“Really beneficial, not only within the confines of this particular workshop but also in aiding my own personal growth as an actor.”

“3 hours of play that went in a flash – time flies when you’re having fun!”

This one will be held at Platform, just next to Southwark tube station. It’s a really cool creative space, and we’re so grateful to them for providing us with the room to make this happen. They do a great deal of good work, and provide space for a number of exciting projects. Be sure to check out their website.

You can book your place by clicking here and booking a ticket. Tickets are free, and are on a first come, first served basis. We want to keep our work as cheap as possible, but unfortunately it’s not totally free to put on a workshop, so we will be asking for a small donation to help cover what small costs there are. Be assured it will be a small donation.

Now get your tickets! We can’t wait to work with you!
