A FREE Workshop & Casting Opportunity
(Speechless) Theatre Company are excited to offer a free 3-hour workshop exploring their unique working method. (Speechless) are specialists in making plays-with-no-words set in bizarre and quirky worlds. Participants will explore the key principles behind making (Speechless) work led by co-artistic directors Ant Cule and James Callàs Ball. Be prepared for games, silliness and dancing. How do (Speechless) speak the (Speechless) way? How do you engage in a strange world without uttering a word?

The workshop will give a performers an opportunity to meet and work with co-artistic directors Ant and James. (Speechless) are currently seeking a female performer for performances of their current production, Drawn In.
Female – Age: 25 -35 – Any Ethnicity
Must be a good physical performer and keen to have fun, but physical theatre experience is not essential.

Drawn In (Synopsis):
A man wakes up in a room with a pen, a wall, and a set of instructions.
Anything he draws on the wall comes into existence at the touch of a button.
But what happens when he creates more than he can handle?
What happens when he tries to play god, and create life?
And how do you make friends with a piece of string?
A dystopian Penny Crayon about life, death, and what holds the key.

We are in talks with a theatre in Paris (provisional dates are 9th/10th July) and other possible venues in London. There are potential dates in the future including the Edinburgh Fringe 2017.
Rehearsal Dates & Payment:
Rehearsals will be in late June near Euston Square/Warren Street. Dates tbc. A fee is to be agreed at a later dates. Equity performance rates for Kings Head Theatre.
